OUR CLIENTS AND PROJECTS

We work with manufacturers, equipment provides and engineers who need industrial automation to improve their own facilities or as an integral part of the equipment that they deliver to customers. We have worked in factories that make consumer products and chemicals; in the field including water treatment and aggregates; and on ships building offshore renewable energy facilities.

Upgrading control systems for improved reliability in chemical production

A manufacturer of household chemicals was experiencing reliability issues with an older system that controlled the mix of raw ingredients in their products. This was a complex system involving fine control to measure exact quantities of liquids. We successfully delivered the complete project, from electrical designs through to replacement of servos, valves and other field equipment.

Designing systems for controlling industrial gear on offshore construction ships

A supplier of vessels used in offshore renewable energy needed help designing systems to control and automate specialised onboard construction gear.

We used EPLAN to produce bespoke electrical designs including HMIs that achieved very high standards of reliability and safety. Our work included detailed design of the control panel, wiring and components.

Designing and delivering a new installation for automating a key process

A large manufacturer of household products was introducing equipment to automate part of their production line. We worked with them, interpreting the mechanical and pneumatic designs to scope out the detailed requirements. We produced electrical designs, programmed PLCs, designed the HMIs, supplied custom hardware and successfully commissioned the complete solution.
